Perry Ford Mazda Santa Barbara is growing and looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. We’re seeking someone who is customer-focused, driven, and excited to build a long-term career in automotive sales at a respected, family-owned dealership.

What You’ll Do



Assist customers through the vehicle buying process, from initial greeting to delivery


Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle


Present new and pre-owned Ford and Mazda vehicles professionally and confidently


Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits


Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business


Work closely with management and the finance team to complete deals accurately



What We’re Looking For



Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a preferred)


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Professional appearance and positive attitude


Self-motivated with a strong work ethic


Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule


Valid driver’s license
