Zendesk is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team focused mainly on Workday Recruiting and Talent! Responsibilities:
Lead Workday configurations and implementations in various modules including Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding, and Core HCM
Analyze, identify, and implement HR system tools and processes
Research, analyze, and test release notes for future improvements
Ensure accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation
Provide functional support for end users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Provide training and documentation to HR and other end users
Own and support special projects from start to finish
Qualifications:
5+ years HR systems experience either within HR or IT (required)
3+ years configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting (required)
Experience in building, configuring, customizing, implementing Workday modules with an expertise in at least 2 of the following areas: Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Reporting or Security
Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and demonstrated ability to define process improvements
Ability to effectively document, track, troubleshoot HR applications
Experience in developing test scripts and executing effective test plans and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service oriented
Analytical and detail oriented (ability to compile and analyze data)
Demonstrable experience crafting and modifying reports
Ambitious, takes initiative, and can work independently
Demonstrated ability to work on projects requiring organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
What Sets You Apart:
Experience with ATS’s, Recruiting Operations, and overall Talent Acquisition workflows
Deep knowledge in: Business processes, Workday reporting (dashboards, calculated fields, discovery boards), or BIRT/Workday Docs

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $114,000.00-$170,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.The intelligent heart of customer experience
