About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our organization. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent in the Intel and DoD space. This individual will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the organization's needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition manager and will support a hybrid work-site with the ability to travel for career fairs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job duties, experience and hiring criteria.
  • Post job openings on job sites and on social media
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networks, traditional job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  • Use Boolean and creative sourcing methods to find qualified candidates in a competitive market.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources during the offer process to identify recommended salary and other incentives.
  • Ensure compliance OFCCP and EEO employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in hiring events and other industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of as a full life cycle recruiter with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and building steady pipelines for hard to fill positions.
  • Strong proficiency in both traditional and creating sourcing techniques, applicant tracking system management, and digital recruiting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and maintaining hiring documentation throughout each phase of the full life cycle recruiting phase.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and build lasting relationships.
  • A thorough knowledge of EEO and OFCCP laws and regulations is required for this role.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
