Job Summary

Responsibilities

•The overall objective and purpose of the Food Service Utility Worker is to support the Food & Beverage staff by maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and storage facilities used by the Premium Services department.

•They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards, and goals established by the company

•Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuinely warm and friendly manner

• Assist with banquets breakdown of stations and event cleanup.

• Maintain the integrity of the guests' privacy, including confidentiality of personal information and key control

•Maintain the integrity of Company proprietary information and protect Company assets

•Proficiently and safely operates the necessary equipment within the Premium Service department

•Report deficiencies and errors

•Follow proper food handling procedures

•Assist in platting/hot boxing food in professional and efficient manner

•Transport of items from Banquet Kitchen/Kitchen to designated space

•Push, pull, and lift up to 55 lbs
