Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Clinical Design & Implementation to lead our team of Clinical Solution Analysts (CSAs). This is a leadership role accountable for the people, performance, and output of the team — owning resourcing, line management, and career development — while also acting as the senior product subject matter expert who shapes how our solutions are designed, sold, and delivered.
You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and customer delivery. Working closely with the Product team, you will surface gaps identified across studies, translate delivery and customer insight into product feedback, and help prioritize enhancements that keep our platform ahead of customer need. Working closely with Sales, you will support feasibility assessments for prospective studies, advising on what is and isn't achievable within the platform and helping shape solutioning for new business.
While this is a remote position, the role is customer-facing by design. You will be expected to travel on-site with customers as needed — particularly during new portfolio and new customer setup — building the relationships and trust that underpin successful delivery.
Above all, this role is expected to be, and to build, deep product expertise: you will become a recognized subject matter expert on our product and will lead the team that serves as the product SMEs within delivery.
