Description

As a Project Manager - Delivery on our Loyalty Services team, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation of our products for customers. This role is focused on delivering project solutions by coordinating deployments, manage timelines, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project rollouts. You'll also provide end-user support to casinos across the country, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, relationship building, and industry knowledge while managing daily operations, installations, and upgrades.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Assist in project planning, including timelines, resources, and procedures.
• Lead project activities, including gathering requirements, scheduling, and overseeing operations.
• Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues before project closure.
• Coordinate calls with customers and internal teams.
• Communicate customer requests for product improvements.
• Liaise between teams, monitoring project timelines and milestones.
• Collect and report on key project metrics.
• Research new technologies for projects.
• Manage project lifecycle and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and delivery.
• Support leadership in tracking department objectives and KPIs.
• Negotiate minor project changes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in project management, including managing multiple projects using project management principles and tools, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track activity, manage customer expectations, and resolve issues.
• Ability to lead and manage teams in a collaborative environment while working independently when necessary.
• Experience in a project management role is preferred. Project coordinator experience will also be considered.
• Casino and/or sports industry experience preferred. 
• Experience with Adobe Workfront and/or similar project management software.
• Experience with mobile applications is a plus.
