Position Overview:

The Media Delivery Associate (MDA) position supports the post-sale functions of the advertising sales team and is responsible to follow up on behalf of the Company to ensure that the sales of the advertising products and services are fulfilled to the customer as expected, or to get clarification of issues to assist in resolution.  The MDA is a liaison between sales, traffic, production and business operations and is responsible for assisting with the delivery and maintenance of core, ADS and digital sales items.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work as liaison between sales, traffic, digital operations and business operations to keep business moving in a timely manner.
• Process correspondence; maintain accurate files and records.
• Compile insertion orders as required for both digital and linear in Pilot and Frequence and sends to the Account Executive for approval and next steps.
• Manage make goods and exception process for assigned Account Executives.  Process the appropriate make goods in AEInbox.
• Activate sold digital and linear and adjust as needed. 
• Manage and adjust campaign performance as needed.
• Create proposal/order templates as needed.
• Enable customer dashboard access in Frequence for digital and linear campaigns.
• Facilitate communication of retargeting/conversion pixels with Account Executives.
• Participate in collaborative process with sales, traffic, digital operations and business operations to deliver 1st in class customer service.
• Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years general office/clerical experience.
• Good working knowledge of advertising functions and terms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software and technology.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
