JOB DUTIES AND TASKS:

To provide the highest level of service to the members at Gozzer Ranch, the Residential Services Assistant Manager will perform in the following areas:

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly task lists in an efficient manner. This includes inspections of pools and spas, propane, vacant home inspections, landscape, and golf cart checks.
• Assisting with regular inspections and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and ensuring HVAC systems function correctly.
• Manage opening and closing procedures for homeowners' arrival and departure.
• Occasionally taking homeowner vehicles to town for cleaning, oil changes, or maintenance repairs
• Tracked maintenance supplies and tools and assisted in ordering new supplies as needed.
• Helping with minor repairs around the property, which may include plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work.
• Assisting in maintaining the property's exterior, including landscaping, driveway, and patio cleanliness, and cleaning common areas.
• Interacting with Residential Services staff to understand their needs and provide updates on work progress.
• Keeping records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.
• Gaining hands-on experience and learning new skills under the guidance of the property managers.
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities and repairs and report any major issues to the property manager or maintenance supervisor.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair requests, scheduling contractors, and ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Interacting with residents to address maintenance requests and promptly meet their needs.
• Providing access for vendors to residents
• Assisting with package delivery
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, often wearing a uniform or business attire.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in maintenance or related fields

Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as needed.
