With high-precision lithography optics, photomask systems and process control solutions, ZEISS enables the production of ever smaller, increasingly powerful, and more energy-efficient microchips, and thus plays a pivotal role in the age of micro- and nanoelectronics.</span></p><p></p><h1><b><span>Your role </span></b></h1><ul><li><p><span>defining the software architecture and developing the next generations of lithography systems, driving the progress in the semiconductor industry. </span></p></li><li><p><span>finding the best solutions for embedded systems considering limitations such as system, hardware and performance requirements </span></p></li><li><p><span>analysing system requirements, agreeing on technical requirements and proposing and deciding options with the team </span></p></li><li><p><span>implementing the key control systems (Regelungstechnik) aspects, guiding others to follow and contribute </span></p></li><li><p><span>communicating with internal and external stakeholders like software developers, PO’s and electronics teams</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b><span>Your profile </span></b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Studies in Engineering, Control Systems, Mathematics, Physics or similar </span></p></li><li><p><span>you have proven experience as software developer (minimum with C) and architect and in professional software development </span></p></li><li><p><span>you have an excellent understanding of real-time applications like fast embedded control systems </span></p></li><li><p><span>you can develop the optimum solution in performance using the latest tools and methods in low level programming </span></p></li><li><p><span>you can communicate clearly, precisely and with empathy and have a passion to successfully solve complex challenges independently and in a team </span></p></li><li><p><span>optionally you have experience with VHDL or similar languages </span></p></li><li><p><span>good English and optionally German language</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Matthias Sonnentag
