Guarantee for the BU that customer requests (volumes, customer services) are satisfied for serial production and new products.
Insure the complete supply chain is optimized in order to minimize costs and cash for the BU (procurement, DOH, production planning, transport/deliveries).

Main Missions

1) Procurement : control and validate purchase requisition (over 30 days coverage), contribute to leadtime and MOQ optimization in relation with Purchasing, follow up suppliers logistic performance (service rate) 
2) DOH : set up and follow action plan for all BU plants (raw material, wip, finished products, c-class)
3) MPS : coordinate the implementation and training by site 
4) Customer : set up and follow action plan on customer service rate, validate exceptionnal transport, act as customer contact within BU, manage and control customer claim dispute
5) Projects : guarantee all the logistics aspects are integrated in the project (costs, SR&T) and prepare and support the SOP.
6) Smart processes implementation (training, support)
7) Support plants to optimize logistic ressources
8) Animate the logistic network, develop competencies on metier and methodologies
