GBS Analytics Business Partner - Commercial Finance

This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong finance and business acumen. You will oversee offshore technical teams as part of numerous GBS Analytics projects. Then this role is for you!</p><p></p><p>Accountabilities:</p><p>As a GBS Analytics Business Partner, you will deliver analytics solutions that align with the business objectives in a global context. You will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and functional teams, acquiring in-depth knowledge of their current situation and demands, and creating business case and roadmaps. You will manage a project team, oversee the entire product cycle, work cross functionally and ensure quality standards. Leverage analytics solutions to identify ways to simplify processes, allocate resources effectively, and enhance operational performance. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, execute project governance, change management and communications. Able to present confidently and work with ambiguity.</p><p></p><p>Essential Skills/Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field</li><li>Experience in managing analytics or business intelligence projects</li><li>Strong communication and relationship building skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Business and Finance expertise from working experience</li><li>Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written</li><li>Experience leading and driving projects with teams from global locations and diverse cultural backgrounds</li></ul><p></p><p>Desirable Skills/Experience:</p><ul><li>Project management capabilities</li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies, framework and tools</li><li>Experience in Management Consulting or Industry experience in Commercial Finance</li><li>Experience of working in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry</li></ul><p></p><p>At AstraZeneca, we are committed to making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
