Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation.</p><p><br/>We are seeking a motivated and communicative Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety &amp; environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. We are looking for a candidate with a broad knowledge of BESS market within Central Europe countries who can take this area to the next level.</p><p><br/>Your responsibilities</p><p></p><ul><li>You will lead the project team allocated to the project, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.</li><li>Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.</li><li>Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.</li><li>Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.</li><li>Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.</li></ul><p><br/>Your background</p><p></p><ul><li>Broad knowledge of the BESS market is a plus</li><li>Degree or master’s degree in electrical engineering</li><li>Preferred 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role</li><li>Very good oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project)</li><li>Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving</li><li>Preferred experience with EPC projects</li><li>Availability for occasional travels</li></ul><p></p><p>What we can offer:</p><ul><li>7,5 hours working day</li><li>5 weeks of vacation</li><li>Meal vouchers in amount of 100 CZK per a day</li><li>Pension insurance contribution</li><li>Cafeteria bonus scheme in amount of 6.000 CZK per year</li><li>AIP bonus</li><li>Loyalty award</li><li>More paid days for a private occasion</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul>
