Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Managing a highly qualified team of enterprise architects with a focus on data and analytics
- Mentoring and developing talents by creating a culture of continuous growth through targeted coaching and training measures
- Developing future-oriented target architectures in the area of data and analytics as well as planning company-wide roadmaps that connect departments and generate synergies
- Providing support in developing and deriving architectures for innovative domain strategies in the area of data and analytics
- Managing and supporting strategically important projects with far-reaching influence on the company’s development
- Acting as an interface to the business design team as well as enterprise and solution architects to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that ensure long-term success
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Substantial experience in architecture development and dealing with relevant artifacts and processes
- Very good knowledge in the area of data and analytics, especially in the development and design of enterprise data architectures, models and strategies
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a high level of commitment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as structured thinking
- Fluency in English
Desirable extras.
- Additional expertise in processes and systems, especially in the areas of finance, administration or HR, round off your profile
