✅ Monitor Progress & Document Outcomes – Track improvements, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
✅ Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team – Work closely with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
✅ Educate Residents & Families – Provide guidance on at-home exercises and mobility strategies for continued progress.
