We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Call Center Representatives. In this role, you’ll support a variety of inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a diverse range of clients—including government programs and some of the world’s most recognized brands.

You’ll be responsible for identifying customer needs, researching and resolving issues, and promoting relevant products and services. This is an on-site, entry-level position with flexible scheduling based on project and location. While prior contact center experience is not required, experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative roles is a plus.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

In this role, you handle inbound and outbound calls, helping to support customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. It requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. 

 

In addition to providing exceptional service, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Research internal systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and process claims
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend the best solutions
  • Use training resources and scripts to provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on systems and procedures
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and attendance requirements

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Customer-focused with empathy, patience, and responsiveness
  • Able to multitask, stay focused, and work independently
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Subject to the program and location of the position

  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.  Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
