Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications, etc.) or equivalent work experience in Information Systems
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in telecommunications and networking technologies (routing, switching, campus wireless deployments, application load balancing, DNS, cloud solutions, etc.).  This includes at least 3-years in a leadership role
• Experience with Cloud network solutions
• Experience with automation solutions and process mapping
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Functional knowledge of processes, systems, and technologies used to support large enterprises
• Ability to recognize and assess operational and strategic opportunities, and provide solutions and recommendations in line with firm's strategic objectives
• Ability to develop efforts and projects with the appropriate business justification
• Ability to lead team and collaborate with others in the execution of efforts and projects
• Ability to appropriately react to availability issues with appropriate urgency, and lead team through assessment, mitigation, resolution, and closure activities
• Ability to identify and hire top talent, develop individual team members, and build / maintain a strong and inclusive team environment
• Ability to provide direction and leadership, and lead / influence others directly and indirectly
• Ability to effectively communicate with associates, business partners, vendors, and multiple levels of leadership
• Ability to effectively manage escalations within area of responsibility and work in concert with related support and project teams
