As a Recruiter, at RXO you’ll focus on recruiting talent at all levels and handling the entire recruiting life cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Execute against the TA Scorecard expectations (Time To Fill, Offer Accepted Ratio, Aged Requisitions)
• Full-life cycle recruiting including conducting intake calls with hiring leaders and reviewing recruiting process and expectations
• Screen candidates and submit recruiter notes to hiring manager 
• Review new applicants for open roles within expected SLAs
• Take ownership of your requisition board while displaying proficiency using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Passively source candidates using tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn and maintain 35% offer acceptance rate

 

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of recruitment experience in high volume/light industrial recruiting

 

It’d be great if you also have:

• Experience in transportation/logistics

• Experience with leading ATS (SuccessFactors)
• Advanced sourcing experience using the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications
