A Day in the Life of a Fascia Board Installer:

• Start your day with a team check-in to review project details and daily goals.
• Load and secure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the day's jobs.
• Travel to various residential and commercial job sites throughout the Tulsa metro area.
• Perform precise measurements and cuts for fascia board installation.
• Install fascia board safely and efficiently, ensuring proper alignment, secure fastening, and a clean finish.
• Address any unforeseen challenges on-site with a problem-solving mindset.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting the customer's property.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout the day.
• During periods of lower fascia demand, you will also have the opportunity to support our gutter installation and cleaning teams, gaining diverse experience and keeping your schedule full.
• Return to the shop at day's end, preparing for the next day's projects.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically installing fascia board or related exterior carpentry components.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons.
• A desire to be punctual and reliable.
• Familiarity with various types of fascia materials (e.g., wood, PVC, aluminum).
• A willingness to assist with gutter installation and cleaning as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in fascia board installation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and carry materials, and comfortably work on ladders and at heights.

Compensation:

• Pay is from $20-$30 depending on experience.
