Therapeutic Associates is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This is a hospital-based role focused on inpatient care, with the potential to float to the Acute Rehab unit as needed.
We pride ourselves on providing 1:1 patient care and maintaining strong relationships with our referral sources. This site offers clinical mentorship, access to 2 inpatient PT gyms, and the opportunity to treat a wide range of diagnoses—including orthopedics, oncology, cardiac, and stroke. As an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, we also care for patients transferred in for higher-level treatment.

How we support you
Compensation rate: $42 to $46 per hour, depending on experience - $5 per hour weekend differential

How you will make an impact
· Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
· Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).
· Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies through EMR (EPIC) software.
· Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
· Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
· Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
· Work effectively with support staff.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
What you will need to bring to the table
· Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain licensure in the state.
· Commitment to top quality patient care.
· Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
· Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs.
