The brand is known for warmth, wisdom, and a powerful presence that sparks lasting change.

Why does this role exist?
The client needs a proactive specialist to own the end-to-end pipeline of speaking, podcast, and media submissions so the principal can stay focused on delivery and content. • Provide clear weekly summaries on pipeline health, submissions sent, responses, and upcoming deadlines.
Book Publicity and Awards Support
  • Research and apply for relevant book awards and publicity opportunities that align with the new book.
  • Support coordination for launch-related events and appearances; track timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify relevant media outlets for potential coverage or interviews.
Additional Targeted Outreach
  • Search for adjunct teaching opportunities aligned with the client’s expertise; flag/apply when appropriate.
  • Light touch coordination with existing platforms (Instagram, TikTok) as needed for outreach alignment; content remains client-led.
