Facilities Assistant

Working within the facilities team as one of our Facilities Assistants, you will be part of a small dedicated team, providing central essential Facilities Management services to internal customers, visitors and colleagues. You will have a key role by taking pride in the sites appearance and the satisfaction levels of all end users. The role will also require you to provide cover and support within the Print Room and Post Room.

Job Description

This role is a PT salary banding

In your role as Facilities Assistant you will...

• Be carrying out general maintenance of our site e.g. touching up paintwork, small plumbing and carpentry repairs 
• Topping up our vending machines
• Responsible for printing documents as requested
• Provide cover for post room by delivering post around the building and preparing packages for courier collection
• Occasionally be part of a team that helps moving office furniture within the building               .

 What you'll bring..

• Previous experience of general maintenance
• Driving licence would be advantageous 
• Experience of Microsoft Outlook and Word would be great but we will give any training needed
• Desire to be a good team player
