Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) – Free Standing ED (FSED) – Flexible Shifts

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $27.72 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience)

• 5+ years: $33.00/hr

• 10+ years: $36.30/hr

• 15+ years: $39.60/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case

Job Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in an emergency setting

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for optimal outcomes

• Prioritize and manage multiple patients simultaneously

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for coordinated care

• Provide discharge instructions and appropriate follow-up referrals

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience required

• Education: Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma

• License: Active RN license in Florida or multistate license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Certifications:

  • BLS – Required before start

  • ACLS and PALS – Required within 90 days of hire

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
