Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with and coach leaders and teams to lift the employee experience and bolster our people centred culture: combining to deliver a high performing team.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small team
• As part of the P&C leadership team you’ll contribute to the development of and lead out into the business the P&C strategy that supports the business growth plan
• Lead key P&C projects related to that strategy
• Collaborate with our business leaders to co-design future fit people and culture plans aligned with their business plans and budgets.
• Support change management as we leverage business effectiveness through innovative technology solutions
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating to provide impactful people solutions  
• Work collaboratively with the P&C team to deliver team objectives and operational services to meet your portfolio business teams’ expectations.

• A seasoned People and Culture Business Partner, experienced delivering in a commercial environment
• Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to manage employee relations, performance issues (end to end), and conflict resolution
• Strong solution-providing skills with a customer/partnership delivery focus
• Adaptable, you respond quickly in a dynamic environment where change that fuels growth is our everyday experience
• Collaborative style and a contributor to a positive team environment – you’re a ‘’culture adder’’
• Tech savvy and a solid operating understanding of P&C systems
• Good understanding of NZ employment law and Employment Relations practices and demonstrated experience of pragmatic delivery
• A relevant degree level qualification is desirable
• Some New Zealand travel will be required
