Customer Marketing Specialist

<h3>Company Description</h3><p><strong>DocPlanner Italy</strong>, leading company for healthcare digital services, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Marketing local team and play a pivotal role in building upsell processes for our customers.</p><p>The candidate will be part of the Customer Marketing global team and work in close collaboration with both local and global Product Teams to deliver a 360° positive experience for customers, building long term relationships with them using marketing automation tools. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Create, analyze and optimize upsell/cross sell processes at each stage of Customer’s Journey</li><li>Work in close collaboration with Customer Success Specialists to maximise customer satisfaction  </li><li>Develop e-mail, forms, landing pages and any other content needed for marketing automation processes </li><li>Coordinate with CM Specialists worldwide</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in upsell/cross sell processes creation</li><li>Analytical skills (basic Excel knowledge)</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)</li><li>Italian mother tongue or Full Professional Proficiency (C2)</li><li>Proven capability to communicate in English (B2)</li><li>Capability to meet deadlines and work with KPIs</li><li>Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptive thinking</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in Customer Marketing or Marketing </li><li>Based in Rome or willing to relocate (no full remote)</li></ul><p><strong>Additional</strong>:</p><ul><li>Hubspot &amp; Salesforce knowledge</li><li>Basic videomarking skills (eg.
