Brown and CaldwellAbout the role
The Internal Project Manager is a senior-level role within the Enterprise Portfolio Office (ePO) who works directly with functional leaders to align internal projects with business strategy. This role will work with other ePO staff to compile the ePO project dashboard and regular updates to BC’s leadership team and consult with cross-functional project teams on project delivery. Detailed Description:
Who you are:
You are an excellent communicator and exercise good judgement. You thrive through developing strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with colleagues and leaders across the organization and understand that keeping key stakeholders informed is one of the key aspects to successful project delivery. You demonstrate the business acumen to work on many different types of projects with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds and take input (and direction) from multiple stakeholders to achieve the best outcome, using your project management skills to achieve the results while delegating areas of functional or technical responsibility to those most skilled to perform the tasks. You understand the need for clear definition of scope, schedule, budget, and the need to hold project teams accountable to those key aspects and to a well-defined and approved change management process. You have experience in working in a matrixed organization and can be a bridge between the complexities of the organization and project management best practice. You know that project management is not a one-size fits-all concept and you use your experience and understanding of your clients’ needs to create a customized project plan. You can complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.

You will work with other ePO team members and the SVP of Business Transformation to prioritize backlog of projects.
