In this role you will get the opportunity to work across a broad range of risk topics. You will be driving interactions with stakeholders within Nordea Finance as well as units across the bank, coordinate requests and manage the delivery pipeline - the backbone of how we function as a unit. </span></span></p> <p><span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span><b>More specifically, tasks may include:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Provide support, facilitation, and inputs to any of the following activities:</span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Risk and Controls Self- Assessment process in Nordea Finance</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Operational BCM activities: BIA (Business impact analysis) and BCP (Business continuity plans) exercises</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Incidents management handling</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Issues management coordination and management, incl. IRMA support, raising SIIs (Self-Identified Issues), follow up on GIA issues, when needed, support Nordea Finance units in issue closure</span></span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span><span>QRAs and CRMA (Change Risk Management and Approval)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Internal Rules – drafting, review and implementation of updates as required</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Risk reporting, both to provide input to reports created by other units and create reports</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fraud risk management framework and operational aspects of its implementation</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Maintain and update INTRA Nordea Finance Management Oversight</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Act as project manager and/or participate in projects, task forces and working groups representing Nordea Finance on specific non-financial risk topics </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your focus will be to:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Promote strong risk culture in Nordea Finance and increase business awareness of risk and controls requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Provide support and guidance to all Nordea Finance business lines and Country CEOs on non-financial risk.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><br/> <span><span>Our team is diverse, with members with different educational backgrounds, competencies and nationalities.
