As a Senior Product Owner, you will join the Logistics Tribe, responsible for the development and ownership of the vision for Transport planning and efficiency for full- and part-loads.

When you join us, you will:

• Own the vision for Transport planning and efficiency, driving innovation and value creation.

• Develop long-term objectives and ambitions in alignment with key stakeholders within T&I and our Line of Business

• Ensure the successful launch of new functionality and seamless roll-out across the DFDS logistics network.

• Collaborate with colleagues in the Logistics Division to standardize processes and maximize value.

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog based on data driven decisions.

• Set ambitious yet achievable objectives and KPIs for your team, ensuring their successful delivery.

• Monitor data to understand operational realities and gather user insights to ensure data-driven decision making.

• Empower your team to be self-driven, efficient, and collaborative.

To help us achieve this we are looking for someone who ideally have the following qualifications:   

• Previous experience as a digital Product Owner, with a proven track record of successful delivery of digital solutions, driving customer-centric innovation.

• Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.

• Strong passion for customer-driven design and thinking.

• Proven ability to navigate complex settings with multiple stakeholders and parallel agendas across different countries.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

• Proactive approach with the ability to challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table.
