Temporary OS Project Manager, Global CS

Job Description: We are looking for someone to project manage vendor/outsource related projects including launching a new outsourced partner/BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) working directly with the OS Manager. This role will include supporting OS operations including tracking and reporting key metrics for contact delivery, staffing and other areas to ensure adherence to the overall contract. 
Responsibilities: •Create and maintain effective and organized project documentation including project plans, communication plans, risk and issue management, decision-making/change management processes and regular status updates.  •Manage multiple assignments, projects, and meetings autonomously while demonstrating a strong attention to detail. •Effectively analyze data and problem solve risk and issues. •Build strong relationships using effective interpersonal and communication skills while leading cross-functional teams and projects.  •Maintain a positive outlook motivating others to deliver desired outcomes.
