As a senior leader within the Customer Operations and Logistics PMO, the Strategic Development Manager drives high‑impact, cross‑regional initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, accelerate transformation across the supply chain, and enable strategic business outcomes. This role shapes long‑term program strategy, partners with senior executives globally, and ensures successful delivery of complex, multi‑functional projects with significant business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead enterprise‑level strategic initiatives, independently shaping analytical frameworks, program structures, and long‑term roadmaps across Customer Operations and Logistics.
  • Develop advanced data‑driven insights, leveraging deep supply chain and industry expertise to design new processes, tools, and governance models that address emerging business needs.
  • Lead large, cross‑functional project teams across regions and business units, providing strategic direction, coaching, and thought leadership to senior program managers and subject‑matter experts.
  • Own delivery of complex, high‑visibility programs—from concept through execution—ensuring measurable impact on cost, efficiency, customer experience, and operational resilience.
  • Advise senior leadership (Directors, VPs, and C‑suite stakeholders) on strategic risks, operational dependencies, and growth opportunities across Customer Operations, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Create and institutionalize new frameworks, standards, and PMO methodologies that strengthen operational rigor and scalability across the organization.
  • Collaborate across countries, functions, and leadership levels, influencing horizontally and vertically to drive alignment and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Champion Business Transformation, ensuring that cross‑functional decisions deliver broad, sustainable value for multiple business areas.
  • Representing the Customer Operations & Logistics PMO in global forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Advanced university degree preferred; first‑level degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or customer operations, with extensive exposure to international environments.
  • Min. 5 years of experience leading major IT and operational transformation programs, including FDS, ERP migrations, production transfer programs, or partner onboarding.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) certification; PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Mastery of complex financial modeling and analytics, with demonstrated ability to guide investment decisions and scenario modeling.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise PM methodologies (SDLC+, Agile, hybrid models), with a history of building PMO standards at scale.
  • Advanced program leadership skills, with the ability to structure multiple concurrent workstreams, influence without authority, and resolve high‑level cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of supply chain systems and architecture (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, IBP, OSS, HAWKEYE).
  • Extensive experience engaging internal and external partners, including GBUs, Sales Operations, Category teams, ODMs, Manufacturing Partners, and Freight Forwarders.
  • Established global network across key supply chain and operations domains.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex issues and influence at VP level and above.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities, particularly in high‑stakes or multi‑party contexts.
  • Occasional international travel required.
