Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant and Communications Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating calendars, meetings, company communications, and presentations for a company that produces high-strength structural components used in aerospace applications worldwide. Responsibilities
Executive Communications & Support
- Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for C-suite executives for internal and external audiences
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials
- Draft executive correspondence and key messaging aligned with organizational priorities
- Serve as a professional liaison between executives, the Corporate Communications team, and key stakeholders
Internal Communications & Organizational Messaging
- Draft and manage internal organizational announcements, including promotions, retirements, milestones, and leadership updates
- Partner with department heads to support communication needs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging
- Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s voice, values, and strategic priorities
- Maintain adherence to company style guidelines to deliver polished, accurate, and high-quality content
Strategic Communications & Corporate Alignment
- Act as a primary point of contact with the Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and communication strategy
- Support execution of enterprise-wide communication initiatives in partnership with Corporate Communications
- Represent the local business needs of communication support to the Corporate Communications team
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all internal and supported external channels
Content Development & Digital Engagement
- Create engaging content for digital and social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat
- Utilize tools such as Canva to design visually compelling presentations, graphics, and branded materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content supporting key business initiatives
