<p>As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting various monthly processes such as budgeting/forecasting, variance review, preparation of board/management presentations, and maintenance of Sales/ARR KPIs. You will perform analysis influencing and guiding operational, financial, and strategic decisions for Diligent. You will work with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and regularly review financial reporting across all products and business units.</p>
<p>The successful candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, comfort working for a global company operating in multiple regions and currencies, and the desire to help improve the financial performance of the business.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain the companywide revenue forecasts and SaaS metrics; partnering closely with our sales, revenue operations and revenue accounting teams to accurately forecast global invoicing and revenue for all business units</li>
<li>Partner with sales operations and revenue operations to manage monthly commission forecasting and inform monthly commission accruals</li>
<li>Evaluate financial performance and make go-forward recommendations through comparing actual results to budget/forecasts quantifying variance drivers such as FX, sales performance, and the impact of backlog invoicing; especially in the areas of Revenue, Invoicing, Change in Deferred, and Commissions</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain ARR and sales KPI metrics across all P&Ls, regions, and products; including but not limited to ARPU, ACV, customer counts, bookings, cancellations, renewal rates, price increases, and net retention</li>
<li>Supporting due diligence, go-forward strategy, and operational integrations of new partnerships and/or new product offerings resulting from M&A activities</li>
<li>Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, such as sales operations, accounting, and other internal stakeholders throughout the organization</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience/Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven success working within an FP&A team</li>
<li>Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Work effectively with large datasets to manipulate raw data into meaningful information</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and OneStream (preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize competing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Evidence of ability to work independently and apply sound judgement to problem solving</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey data and analysis</li>
<li>BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field would be an advantage</li>
