Senior Information Technology Specialist

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials Company, is seeking a Full-Time Senior Information Technology Specialist at the Corporate office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Create and maintain documentation for issue resolution
• Perform routine server and network monitoring and maintenance
• Serve as a primary escalation point for L1 technicians
• Monitor security and networking alerts, remediating events as needed
• Complete special projects as requested
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of L2/L3 or equivalent experience
• Intermediate to High level knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, Windows Server OS’ and Windows client OS’, TCP/IP, VLANs, and DNS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools
• Clear driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to travel to business locations in the state of Florida
