Finance Manager, MSL (Meta Superintelligence Labs)

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support Meta Superintelligence Labs - our flagship AI organization unifying research, product, and infrastructure to build personal superintelligence for everyone. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Responsibilities
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the MSL organization
* Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners
* Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas
* Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management
* Help define and implement scalable financial processes
* Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in corporate finance / strategic finance, business strategy or analytics
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
* Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
* Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
* Demonstrated experience of proactively identifying, scoping and implementing new solutions Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
* Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
* Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects
