Physical Therapist (PT) – Central Valley, CA
Outpatient Orthopedics | Choose Your Home Clinic (No Float/Travel)

Available Clinic Locations – Choose One Home Base
We are hiring dedicated, full-time Physical Therapists for clinic-based roles across California’s Central Valley. This is not a float or travel position — candidates will choose one home clinic where they’ll build their schedule and patient caseload.

  • Tracy – 2421 Naglee Rd, Tracy, CA 95304

  • Stockton (Pacific Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy) – 5910 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95207

  • Manteca – 1640 W Yosemite Ave, Suite 1, Manteca, CA 95337

No rotating between clinics. You’ll provide care from one location that works best for your commute and lifestyle.

Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

  • Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000

  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 (varies by clinic and starting salary)

  • Total earning potential: $140,000 - $160,000 + annually based on experience and performance

Clinic Details

Our Central Valley clinics provide hands-on, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care for patients across all ages and activity levels. Services may include:

  • Orthopedic & sports physical therapy

  • Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation

  • Acute and chronic injury care

  • Pre-/post-operative rehab

  • Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs

  • Spine, vestibular, and other specialty treatments (clinic-specific)

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

  • Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education

  • Accurately document care in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with team members for optimal patient outcomes

  • Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

  • Active California PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and personalized patient care
