Senior Project Manager - REMOTE

We currently have a career opportunity for a Commerce Senior Project Manager to join our our national Commerce Business Unit. While our headquarters is located in St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. 

This role will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of one or several engagements with some oversight from a Delivery Director.   This is a client facing role and the candidate must have great communication skills, experience working in an Agile environment, ability to lead a team of Global resources, and experience working in fast pace and changing environment.

• Understand complexities of a project and provide clear sense of direction and leadership to Global development teams. 
• Project Planning, organizing the project, driving project timeline, managing scope, timely escalations, and clear concise communication. 
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks and budgets for one or several concurrent projects. 
• Establish common goals across multiple teams and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance. 
• Manage milestones across multiple teams.  Create Roadmaps and project plans. 
• Fosters a team environment that adapts quickly to creative change and focuses on Agile development principles. 
• Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated. 
• Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems. 
• Customer Focused and is consultative to clients.  Manages client relationships to transparently communicate delivery outcomes, risks, and issues

• 10+ years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and sales support experience.
• Must have had Program Management experience and should be able to manage multiple projects on different tracks.
• Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects. 
• Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies. 
• Experience with leading enterprise Commerce projects required. 
• Experience with Scrum/Agile Methodology
• Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
• Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
