Coordinator, Talent and Organizational Development

Kontoor Brands is currently seeking a Talent and Development Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC. This position reports to the Senior Director of Talent and Development and is responsible for supporting all administrative and logistical functions as it relates to the learning, talent, and organizational development programs globally. This person will support cross-functional work streams to drive new initiatives as it relates to the development of Kontoor’s workforce.   

The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team in all areas related to the learning, talent, and organizational development of Kontoor. This includes but is not limited to the areas of document management, event planning, system support, vendor management, and other employee related matters. This position will also provide program support in areas such as employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and training.

Responsibilities:  

• Create and update documents such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Support systems such as HRIS and LMS
• Manage logistics for programs and events
• Manage vendor partnerships; contract and expense management
• Provide other administrative support as needed

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 2 years of software system experience (PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS, LMS)
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development
• Strong ability to complete projects
• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment with others globally
