Role Overview 

The Retail Store Manager will be the driving force behind the store’s operations. Key Responsibilities for Retail Store Manager

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and luxurious retail atmosphere.
• Develop strong customer relationships, enhancing client loyalty and engagement.
• Manage inventory and create visually appealing product displays in line with brand aesthetics.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure product knowledge and service quality.
• Analyse store performance data, develop strategies to drive improvement and implement necessary adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Prior retail or sales experience, with a preference for luxury or premium settings.
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) 
• Education: A degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a dynamic team.
• Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Work Schedule for Boutique Store Manager

• Full-time role 6-7 days per week | 10 am-8 pm
