Summary:

Experienced Supply Chain leader in in planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the team. This includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, discipline and performance evaluation. Develops plans to meet department annual goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the annual strategy development, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet business objectives, achieving 1-3 year goals. Ensures work efforts are aligned to deliver expected outcomes, on time and on budget. Creates energy through aggressive goals to achieve breakthrough results.
• Communicate and collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, Logistics.
• Support and involve employees in identifying and permanently removing obstacles to performance excellence
