• Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring all donors are properly acknowledged and thanked
• Work closely with management and the communications team to prepare engaging and accurate donor communications
• Assist with fundraising and promotional events, providing support with planning, logistics, and on-the-day tasks
• Maintain the donor database, ensuring accurate input and regular updates
• Administer data entry, amendments, and run reports as required
• Support the fundraising team with task prioritization and meeting deadlines
• Keep updated on fundraising initiatives and best practices across the sector
• Introduce new ideas and contribute to the development of the role while taking ownership of assigned tasks
