Strategy and Client Services Intern

Overview
This is a Summer internship. Start Date: June 2nd - End Date: August 8th
As a Client Services & Strategy Intern at Redscout, you’ll support members of project teams, assist team activities and contribute to core project deliverables under the guidance of your project leads. Over the course of your internship, you will spend 4 weeks as part of our CS team and 5 weeks as part of our Strategy team
Responsibilities
While working with each of these teams, you will be responsible for—
Client Services
- Supporting in managing daily tasks and tracking to-dos on a project
- Arranging internal and client meetings, distributing team reminders and materials
- Taking notes and synthesizing discussion takeaways for meetings and workshops, and following up on action items
- Helping set up research methodologies with various third-party partners.
- Getting familiar with core CS processes such as writing scopes of work, pricing projects, putting together project timelines, and keeping our systems up to date
Strategy
- Assisting the team with desk research (e.g. company, competitive, cultural)
- Synthesizing learnings from primary research (e.g. consumer and expert interviews)
- Pulling inspirational references (e.g. out-of-category brand analogues)
- Ideating creative outputs (e.g. naming options, social media ideas)
- Contributing to presentation development (e.g. writing, image sourcing)
Qualifications
- Confidence in verbal & written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Foundational knowledge of research, synthesis, and storytelling
- Willingness to pick up new tools (e.g. Figma, Notion)
- Eagerness to learn and participate in our culture.
