Hillsborough CountyAbout the role
JOB SUMMARY
Serves as both the technical project manager and the lead business analyst for complex, enterprise information technology initiatives. Independently plans, drives and monitors project execution from initiation through implementation and benefits realization, while personally performing the business analysis work — eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, mapping current-state (“as-is”) workflows, defining the desired future-state (“to-be”) process, and authoring the technical Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) from which IT and vendor teams build. This is a combined role: the incumbent is accountable for both project delivery and requirements quality, and is expected to translate fluently in both directions between business operations and technical implementation teams.
