We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our team in coordinating and executing various stages of production. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to high-energy projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production operations and logistics

• Support crew and talent on set with setup and breakdown

• Coordinate equipment pick-up, inventory, and returns

• Help maintain production schedules and call sheets

• Ensure that all production spaces remain organized and clean

• Handle errands such as deliveries, pickups, and supply runs

• Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure smooth workflows

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or studio environment is preferred

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and time-management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Physically capable of lifting and moving production equipment

• Availability for flexible working hours, including early mornings or late evenings when necessary
