JOB POSITION: Sr. Developer

LOCATION: 1660 Highway 100 South, Suite 200, St. Louis Park, MN 55416

POSITION DUTIES: Executes and developers high-quality software solutions on time and on budget by: analyzing business requirements and engaging in story grooming and estimation (10%); designing, developing, and code reviewing software solutions in accordance with technical specifications (25%); creating and running tests, collaborating with QA to identify root causes of defects/bugs and to participate in test cycles, and completing bug fixes (20%); presenting software architecture insights and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborating with software development teams to identify opportunities for adapting new technologies (10%); collaborate with DevOps team for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines (15%); monitoring application issues using Azure, engaging in troubleshooting, and working with infrastructure to resolve and raise tickets for resolution (10%); create and maintain technical documentation for architecture diagrams, strategies, SOP, blueprints, and API services (10%). Utilizes: Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Sitecore, Scrum, Kanban, Pivotal, Tracker, Jira, Powershell, Gulp, Azure DevOps, Confluence, APIs, ASP.Net, Visual Studio, LINQ, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, C#, XML/JSON, GIT, TFS, SQL Server, and Brainjocks SCORE. Position may include a telecommuting benefit from anywhere in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS: At least a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field, and two (2) years of experience in web solution development (any title), including converting functional specifications to technical design documents in cross-functional and global environments; using .Net framework to design client and server-side applications; designing in MVC architecture; engaging in testing and debugging; completing data integration and data transformation tasks; and using C#, .Net, JavaScript, SQL Server, ASP.Net, CSS, CI/CD and Visual Studio. Must include at least one (1) year using CI/CD pipelines to deploy .Net applications to Azure environment; and migrating cloud systems user and group information from Salesforce. Position may include a telecommuting benefit from anywhere in the United States.
