About the Role: 

Pearson Virtual Schools (PVS) is hiring seasonal, temporary team members to support Connections Academy, a leading online public-school program serving students and families nationwide. The Training and Quality Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational excellence of Pearson Virtual Schools’ K–12 programs by designing and delivering training that equips teams to provide a high‑quality, empathetic, and results‑driven enrollment experience. Reporting directly to the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance, this role strengthens team capabilities by creating learning experiences that reflect the fast‑paced, customer‑focused nature of our work.
