• Responsibilities. Responsible for analyzing company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Utilize available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement. Review and analyze information, forecast method, schedule system processes, and procedures. Determine most useful business solutions for the company. Recommend alternative solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals. Perform analysis and model data to enable data driven product strategies. Provide meaningful insights and visualized models to management using different analytical tools and techniques including artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI to enable decision making. Capture data for user engagement and behavior analysis within the product. Drive new feature rollout and effectiveness and success measurement, engagement and efficiency improvement analysis and recommend strategies. Partner with stakeholders to enable data driven decisions across the portfolio by applying descriptive and predictive analysis. Apply diverse set of strategies including qualitative analysis, statistics, qualitative reasoning during the research. Independently research and provide actionable insights to solve the problems. Work on diverse data set including relational and non-relational and also structured and non-structured database to identify correlations, spot trends and patterns. Perform ad-hoc analysis based on requests from different stakeholders.
