Jim Shorkey Auto Group is searching for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing Parts Department as a Parts Counter Person!

What you'll do:

• Assist customers with locating and purchasing parts for their vehicles
• Utilize our parts software system to efficiently search inventory and place orders
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area
• Answer phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Process parts returns and exchanges according to company policy

Requirements

• A passion for the automotive industry (a plus!)
• Previous parts experience preferred, but not required 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A valid driver's license (required)
