Activities include minimizing balances on customers’ accounts, timely escalation/resolution of disputes and collection issues through leverage of professional relationships with Guerbet’s internal and external customers.</span></li> <li><span>Supporting manager with creation of the accurate cash receipts forecast on the assigned portfolios on a monthly basis</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for ensuring AR KPIs are achieved on the assigned portfolios in accordance with agreed goals</span></li> <li><span>Analysis of financial information and/or any other relevant information of assigned customers in order to assess credit risk and make necessary recommendations to the business</span></li> <li><span>Preparing reports to aid management and perform account and customer reconciliations as necessary</span></li> <li><span>Ensure compliance to, and maintenance of, internal controls in accordance with the Guerbet policies, local tax regulations and accounting legislation.</span></li> <li><span>Adding value to the business by consistently improving processes and maximizing cash flow for the assigned portfolios</span></li> <li><span>Independent responsibility for more complex entity or having their own area or responsibility</span></li> <li><span>Taking independent lead on ad hoc projects, issue resolution and continuous process improvement.</span></li> <li><span>On job coaching becoming natural part of the work tasks, responsibility for the quality of coaching and responsibility for the output of tasks of coaches, specially newcomers</span></li> <li><span>Positive attitude towards work and ability to motivate the other team members</span></li> <li><span>Approachability – team feels comfortable to ask questions</span></li> <li><span>Involvement in effectiveness of the team and efficiency of processes</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>YOUR BACKGROUND</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline is desirable</li> <li>Analytically minded with strong financial acumen</li> <li>Good organizational skills and problem solving skills are essential</li> <li>Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.</li> <li>Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.</li> <li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles and excellent knowledge of cash collection processes and risk analysis practices.</li> <li>Excellent credit skills required (risk assessment of financial information)</li> <li>Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with the full Microsoft suite</li> <li>2 or more years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably in credit/collections</li> </ul><p><span><strong>We offer continued personal development.
