POSITION TITLE: Senior IT Developer (Multiple Positions)

WORK LOCATION: 7101 Executive Center Drive, Suite 333, Brentwood, TN 37027

POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for the overall quality of the system architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of the RPA solutions; design, code, test, and document; implement End-to-End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath; participate in defining and guiding development coding standards with Team; ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per the Project Plan; participate in requirement analysis and definition; document automation procedures; understand business needs of the client and convert them into automated process, supporting both functional and technical requirements; address issues that arise in day-to-day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required; review and fine tune code for performance related issues if required; monitor and oversee the performance of the RPA service, reporting the results as required and agreed; provide technical support and guidance to the Team; attend Team meeting and provide project updates to Manager; maintain technical documentation and the knowledge of developed solutions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; four (4) years of experience with automation solutions; three (3) years of experience with SQL and UiPath; three (3) years of experience using .NET, VB Script & VBA; experience with Web, Desktop, Citrix automation and Document Understanding; experience with AI Center and Integration Services; knowledge of REST API.
