This purpose is achieved by embedded governance culture underpinned by global finance processes and policies that is supervised through relevant compliance measurement metrics.</p><p></p><p><b>The role</b></p><ul><li><p>Set vision and drive strategic direction for assigned FP&amp;A processes like Holistic Analysis, Forecasting, ESG, Business Performance Management and support the strategic projects as SME for these processes</p></li><li><p>Define, establish, and embed global FP&amp;A Processes, ensuring connections to other financial processes, adherence to process and timelines</p></li><li><p>Design and build mechanisms for KPI reporting, exception management and critical issues</p></li><li><p>Have external lens, ensuring process keeps pace with standard methodology</p></li><li><p>Support the technology design for the FP&amp;A processes, ensuring that the system capabilities are enabling the processes and standardization</p></li><li><p>Lead the Global Profit Center Policy and the CARM controls related to the assigned FP&amp;A processes</p></li><li><p>Support the E2E FP&amp;A process and organizational design</p></li><li><p>Drive understanding across the Diageo leadership community of the role of the FP&amp;A Process(es) in delivering Productivity, ensure understanding of the process and individual roles and responsibilities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>The FP&amp;A Global Process Lead will support the Head of FP&amp;A Process Excellence in management of the assigned FP&amp;A Processes within Diageo.
