Job Summary:

This role is part of PayPal’s Compliance Platform organization. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to drive innovation in regulatory technology and ensure our data-driven products and systems meet high standards for performance, scalability, and global alignment.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business requirements and perform impact assessments.
• Lead sessions to define payment models, transaction models, data provisioning, data modeling, and software reporting capabilities, and utilize datasets for business recommendations.
• Partner with Data Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Triage and drive the resolution of production issues.
• Oversee vital business processes within existing systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Highlight bugs and blockers, and coordinate with development and operations teams for resolution.
• Develop product performance dashboards and executive dashboards.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and provide production support.
• Propose future state solutions and design scalable data solutions.
• Work with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with5+ years of relevant experienceorBachelor’sdegree with7+ years of experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
